1-on-1 Clarity Call Policy

1. Service Overview

MyMind.School offers professional 1-on-1 clarity calls with our certified therapists and counselors. These sessions are available in three formats:
  • Video Call Sessions
  • Voice Call Sessions
  • Chat Sessions

     

2. Booking and Payment

2.1 Booking Process
  • All sessions must be booked through our official channels
  • Slots are subject to therapist availability
  • Confirmation will be sent via email after successful payment
  • Session duration and timing will be clearly communicated in the booking confirmation
2.2 Payment Methods
Sessions can be paid for through the following authorized channels only:
  • Direct payment through website (mymind.school)
  • Company QR code
  • Official company payment link
2.3 Package Bookings
  • Multiple session packages are available at discounted rates
  • Package validity and terms will be communicated at the time of purchase
  • Unused sessions in a package cannot be transferred or refunded

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

3.1 Cancellation by Client
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in:
    • Full charge being retained
    • No rescheduling option
    • No refund will be provided
  • Once a session time is confirmed and then cancelled by the client, that specific slot will not be available for rebooking by the same client
3.2 Cancellation by Therapist
  • In case of cancellation by the therapist, clients will be offered:
    • MyMindSchool team will rescheduling to the next available slot.
3.3 Technical Issues
  • Client-side technical issues will not qualify for refunds
  • Platform-side technical issues will result in session rescheduling

4. Session Rules and Guidelines

4.1 Attendance
  • Clients must join sessions at the scheduled time
  • Late joining will result in reduced session duration
  • No-shows will be considered as attended sessions with no refund
4.2 Recording Policy
  • Recording of sessions is strictly prohibited
  • Any unauthorized recording will result in immediate termination of service
  • Legal action may be taken for privacy violations

5. Confidentiality and Privacy

  • All session information is confidential
  • Information sharing in our main Privacy Policy
  • Therapists maintain professional confidentiality as per industry standards
  • Exception: Legal requirements or threat to life/safety

6. Disclaimer and Limitations

6.1 Service Limitations
  • Sessions are for guidance purposes only
  • Not a substitute for emergency medical or psychiatric care
  • No guarantee of specific outcomes
  • MyMind.School reserves the right to refuse service
6.2 Liability
  • MyMind.School is not liable for:
    • Personal decisions made based on session guidance
    • Indirect or consequential losses
    • Technical failures beyond our control
