Participation Requirements

To participate in the MyMindSchool Affiliate Program, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Have a valid email address
• Submit an application to join the program, which we will review and approve or reject at our discretion.
• Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in promoting our resources and services
• Have a website that contains original content, which means that the content is created by you or is licensed from a third-party source. Original content does not include content that is copied from other sources without permission.

Affiliate Responsibilities

As an affiliate, you must:

• Accurately represent our resources and services in all promotional materials
• Inform your audience that you are an affiliate of MyMindSchool in all your promotional materials, including:
  • Website content
  • Social media posts
  • Email marketing campaigns
  • Video content
• Engage with your audience in a way that promotes our resources and services in a positive and respectful manner

Target Audience

Our target audience is adults aged 18-45 who are interested in mental health and personal growth. Our target audience is interested in topics such as mindfulness, self-care, productivity, and wellness.

Commission Structure

You will earn a 30% commission on every sale generated through your unique affiliate link. You will also earn an additional 5% commission on every sale generated through your unique affiliate link if you meet the following conditions:

• Your monthly sales exceed ₹1.5 Lakh
• Your conversion rate is above 2%

Our commission structure is as follows:

• Up to ₹1.5 Lakh: 25% Commission
• Above ₹1.5 Lakh: 30%  Commission

Approved Promotional Methods

You can promote our resources and services using the following methods:

• Website Content: You can create website content, including blog posts, reviews, and tutorials, that promotes our resources and services.
• Social Media: You can promote our resources and services on social media platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Email Marketing: You can send targeted email campaigns to your audience that promote our resources and services.
• Video Content: You can create video content, including but not limited to YouTube videos, that promotes our resources and services.

Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in the following activities:

• Spamming: Don’t send unsolicited emails or messages to promote our resources.
• Misleading Content: Avoid creating content that could deceive or confuse your audience, including fake reviews, misleading headlines, or false claims.
• Infringing Content: Don’t use copyrighted or trademarked materials without permission.
• Self-Dealing: Don’t use the affiliate program to benefit yourself or your own business personally.
• Cookie Stuffing: Don’t use methods to falsely increase your affiliate earnings.
• Typosquatting: Avoid registering domain names that are similar to our brand or trademark.
  
  

Tracking and Reporting

You will be provided with a unique affiliate link to track your referrals. Our affiliate program uses a 30-day cookie duration. You will have access to reports that show your sales, conversion rates, and click-through rates.

Affiliate Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your affiliate account, including:

• Using strong passwords
• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Monitoring account activity for any unusual behaviour

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account at any time, with or without notice. Your affiliate account may be terminated for any of the following reasons:

• Violation of this Affiliate Policy
• Failure to meet the minimum performance requirements
• Inactivity for a period of 6 months or more

Governing Law

This Affiliate Policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to this Affiliate Policy shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996.

Data Protection

• Personal Data: We will collect and process personal data from affiliates, including but not limited to name, email address, and phone number.

• Data Protection Policies: We will handle affiliate data in accordance with our data protection policies, which can be found on our website.

• Data Security: We will take reasonable measures to protect affiliate data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or destruction.

Intellectual Property

• You are allowed to use our brand assets, including logos, images, and videos, for promotional purposes only
• You must not use our trademark or any variation of it without our prior written consent.
• Reselling of our ebooks is not permitted.
