- Unused sessions in a package cannot be transferred or refunded

- Cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled session will result in:
- Full charge being retained
- No rescheduling option
- No refund will be provided
- Once a session time is confirmed and then cancelled by the client, that specific slot will not be available for rebooking by the same client

- In case of cancellation by the therapist, clients will be offered:
- MyMindSchool team will rescheduling to the next available slot.

- Client-side technical issues will not qualify for refunds
- Platform-side technical issues will result in session rescheduling
